How To Make – Making Process?

To start cooking Çeciir, heat a pot of water on a stove. First, boil the chickpeas in hot water in the pot (15 minutes). On the other hand, beef or lamb meat is boiled and fried. Now it’s time to make the spices, make a fine paste of Chopped Ginger, Garlic, and Onion. 

Now, fry spinach, Capsicum, and green chili, up to when it turns light brown, and spread fine spices paste on it. After grinding, spread Turmeric powder, Pepper, and Cilantro on it. Now, fry the soaked chickpeas in vegetable oil, after 2 minutes add the fried meat. 

After 10 minutes of this process, add the vegetable and spice mix. After cooking this for 5 minutes, add water as required, and add salt and sugar as per your taste.
